Oh!MyCurl reserves the right to update, amend or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
Oh!MyCurl specialises in virgin human hair for braids and sew-ins, including our range of boho braid hair and different curl patterns.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, lengths and other product information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, slight variations in colour, texture, curl pattern and appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings and the natural characteristics of human hair.
3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you regarding the available options, which may include a replacement, alternative product or refund.
Oh!MyCurl reserves the right to discontinue products or change product availability without prior notice.
4. ORDERS
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is only considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted by Oh!MyCurl.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in circumstances involving pricing errors, suspected fraudulent transactions, unavailable products or incorrect customer information.
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully processed.
5. PRICING, CURRENCY AND PAYMENT
Oh!MyCurl is a South African business and our primary business currency is the South African Rand (ZAR).
For the convenience of our customers, product prices may also be displayed in:
- South African Rand (ZAR)
- United States Dollar (USD)
- Nigerian Naira (NGN)
Prices displayed in USD and NGN may be calculated using applicable currency conversion rates and may therefore fluctuate as exchange rates change.
The currency displayed on the website is intended to provide customers with an estimated price in their preferred currency. The final amount charged to the customer may be affected by the payment method, payment provider, exchange-rate fluctuations, bank charges or other applicable transaction fees.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the final order total and selected currency before completing payment.
Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been received, the applicable price shown at checkout will generally apply to that order, except where a clear pricing, technical or system error has occurred.
Any bank, card issuer, payment provider or international transaction fees charged to a customer are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated by Oh!MyCurl.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed and shipped.

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Due to the nature of hair products and hygiene considerations, certain products may not qualify for return or exchange once they have been opened, worn, altered, washed, coloured, brushed, installed or otherwise used.
Customers should carefully review our Refund Policy before purchasing.

All content appearing on the Oh!MyCurl website, including but not limited to:
- Logos
- Brand names
- Product photographs
- Graphics
- Written content
- Website designs
- Product descriptions
is owned by or licensed to Oh!MyCurl and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

Customers agree not to use the Oh!MyCurl website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website or gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Oh!MyCurl will take reasonable steps to provide accurate product information and process orders correctly.
However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Oh!MyCurl will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including courier delays, incorrect information supplied by customers, or misuse or improper handling of purchased products.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable South African law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
